Our family member has resided at New Point Life for the past 7 years. The care she has received, both physically and socially has been outstanding. Knowing that her needs are being so well taken care of has been a great relief for our family. The staff has been courteous, kind, and flexible, always ensuring her involvement and participation in her care decisions, giving her a sense of empowerment. Communication lines are always open between our family and the staff, ensuring the best possible experience and care are provided even during challenging situations.
