In an effort to enhance the services we provide new point is equipped with a medical department. This department services our organization by providing assessment for acute challenges that may arise with our individuals. New Point commitment to our individuals is long term, which presents the need for high-level attention to providemedical changes/challenges that happen with aging in place.
New Point, has a multi disciplinary team that consist of a medical, behavioral and clinical professionals. This team supports our individuals with recommendations for psychiatric consultations, medication evaluations, development of protocols, referrals to other provides such as OT/PT/SPEECH/BEHAVIOR/RECREATION and revision to ISPs.
